From our family to yours
We're parents of three, and we build every part of this trailer the way we'd want it for our own kids. The sand is high-grade and silica-free — we won't use anything we wouldn't put our own children around. When your little ones climb in, they're cared for like they're ours, so you can breathe easy and soak up the day.

A few things we'll need
Space to park
A flat, level spot roughly 30 ft × 10 ft — driveway, cul-de-sac or lot. We tow in and set up.
Clear access
A clear path to the spot (no low branches or tight gates). Tell us about slopes, gravel or stairs ahead of time.
Power? Covered.
No outlet needed — we bring our own power for all the lights and air features.
Rentals proceed during light rain and normal conditions. For severe weather — lightning, high winds, flooding — we may suspend or end the event. One weather-related reschedule may be granted based on availability. Refunds are not provided due to weather. Safety of the little ones always comes first.
Keeping playtime safe
How we keep it happy & safe
A responsible adult (18+) supervises children at all times — we are not a childcare service.
Our staff handle setup and operation of the equipment; supervising the children stays with your grown-ups.
Use equipment as intended and follow all posted and verbal safety instructions — no roughhousing or pushing.
Keep food, gum, candy and drinks out of the play areas unless approved; we may stop any activity deemed unsafe.
The full rental agreement (assumption of risk & release of liability) is emailed with your booking confirmation.

How many kids can play at once?
Up to 20 children inside at a time. For bigger groups we rotate kids through in happy little waves — everyone gets a turn!
What ages is it for?
Designed with ages 2 to 8 in mind, but that's just a soft guide — older kids are more than welcome, and younger siblings are too with a grown-up close by.
What kinds of events do you do?
Birthday parties, work and family days, neighborhood and community events, and weddings — anywhere kids want to play. We come to you.
How much space do you need?
A flat spot about 30 ft × 10 ft (a driveway or cul-de-sac is perfect). No power needed — we bring our own!
Do you stay and help?
Yes! Every booking includes a friendly play host (two for larger packages) plus full setup and teardown.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $299 for 2 hours (The Roll-Up), $385 for 3 hours (The Big Bash), and $475 for 4 hours (The Play-All-Day). Prices are designed for around 20 children. Add-ons include a bounce house obstacle course, an organic snack pack, and a high-traffic option for larger open-play events.
How far do you travel?
We serve the Dayton–Cincinnati area. Travel is free within 25 miles; beyond that a small $2/mile fee applies, confirmed with your quote.
What about bad weather?
Rentals proceed in light rain and normal conditions. For severe weather (lightning, high winds, flooding) we may suspend or end the event; one weather reschedule may be granted based on availability. Refunds aren't provided due to weather.
How do I hold my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date; the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Reservations aren't confirmed until the deposit is received.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel 14+ days out and you may receive a credit toward a future booking within 12 months; cancellations within 14 days forfeit payments made. No-shows aren't eligible for refunds or credits.
Are you insured?
Yes — Play on the Way is fully insured, and every booking includes setup and teardown.
